Bryan Luce has a diverse work experience in various industries. Bryan started their career as the Owner and Broker of BryCon Realty from 1992 to 2014. In 2007, they became the President, CEO, and CFO of Reliance Funding Group, a lending and consulting firm specializing in financing strategies and M&A transactions. In 2010, Bryan became the CEO/CFO of Reliance Capital Partners, a growth-oriented equity fund that focused on strategic acquisitions.

From 2011 to the present, Bryan has held various roles as a mentor and advisor in the startup and clean tech industries. Bryan served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at NYSERDA, where they mentored startup companies and helped develop early-stage businesses. Bryan also worked as a Start-up Business Mentor for Cleantech Open, providing guidance to entrepreneurs and assisting them in starting sustainable businesses. Additionally, Bryan was a Start-up Mentor for multiple university innovation and incubation centers in the US and Canada.

In 2013, Bryan joined the Advisory Board of Pennsylvania Certified Organic, a USDA-accredited certifying agency for organic growers and processors. From 2014 to 2018, they founded and served as the Founder, President, and CEO of Green Highway, a non-profit organization focused on commercializing leading-edge technologies in food, energy, water, and waste.

Bryan's experience in finance and management also includes roles such as Vice President, Treasurer, and CFO of MidairUSA, Inc., where they facilitated a turnaround of the company before the CEO's departure. Bryan also served as the Managing Director of Point Lumber LLC, where they acquired and developed timber and forest land with a high return on investment.

Currently, Bryan is a Partner and Vice President at HarborSide Capital Resources, a buy-side M&A and growth advisory firm. Bryan provides deal flow, strategic initiative development, and corporate development services to various funds, family offices, and corporations.

Bryan Luce received a Diploma in Project Management - PMP from Villanova University in the year 2002. Bryan pursued Business Administration and Management from Paul Smith's College between 1984 and 1986. Additionally, they have taken courses in Accounting and Business/Management at Villanova University. Bryan Luce has also obtained certifications such as Venture Deals Summer 2020 from Kauffman Fellows and is a Certified Project Manager according to the PMI. Bryan has also earned Lean and Six Sigma Yellow and Green belt certifications from MACNY.
