Ashley Poscente

Ashley Poscente, CPA CA, is a finance and accounting executive with extensive experience in external audits, financial reporting, and team leadership. They began their career as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Canada, where they honed their technical skills while mentoring junior team members. Ashley later served as Manager of Financial Reporting & Asset Management at ProCura Real Estate Services, leading a high-performing team to enhance cash flow management and corporate budgeting. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Cleantek Industries Inc. and Co-Founder of Con Brio Consulting, while also holding the position of AVP, Practice Director at Robert Half. Ashley earned their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Haskayne School of Business and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.
