Douglas Wilson has work experience in the field of business development and sales. Douglas started working for Clear Align in 2017 as a Business Development Manager. Prior to that, they worked for Novotech, Inc. from 2012 to 2017, where they held multiple roles. Douglas began as a Supply Chain Manager and was later promoted to Infrared Sales Manager. In their role as Infrared Sales Manager, they managed nationwide sales efforts, expanded international sales efforts, and developed foreign defense contractors as clients. As a Supply Chain Manager, they managed national and international supply chains, led global projects to acquire strategic resources, purchased Infrared materials, and oversaw demilitarization projects.
Douglas Wilson began their education by attending Boston University from 2007 onwards, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology. Following this, in 2009, they enrolled at the Blackstone Career Institute, completing a program in Paralegal Studies. During this time, they focused on contract law, tort, criminal law, real property, civil/criminal pleadings/procedures, as well as wills and trusts. To further develop their leadership and communication skills, Douglas obtained certificates in Advanced Public Speaking and Presentations from Toastmasters International between 2000 and 2005. Finally, in 2017, they embarked on Business Graduate Studies at Harvard University, specializing in Project Management.
