No matter your scope or size, Clear Audit Services (CAS) partners with you to provide an industry leading Quality Control (QC) platform with expert staff to navigate the ever-changing mortgage origination environment.

Working with CAS means peace-of-mind, as we hire only seasoned audit professionals with years of relevant mortgage experience. We roll out careful testing and training prior to auditing any live production files and we monitor all new releases from the Agencies to immediately train our auditors and refine our processes according to new guidelines.

We partner with you, as an extension of your team, going beyond the delivery of daily and monthly QC result requirements of the Agencies and Regulatory bodies. In addition to audits and reporting, we actively partner with your in-house QC to ensure you are meeting current Agency and Investor needs, while staying nimble to quickly adjust to the changes in the mortgage industry. Our program reviews all loan types including Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, Second Mortgages, Consumer Loans, Portfolio Loan Products, Reverse Mortgages, as well as Federal and State Compliance.

The CAS QC Management System, and an industry leading reporting platform, keeps your QC program and results operating at a best-in-class level. We focus on stellar customer service, including meeting investor time frames, proper action planning on your defects and exceeding your investors’ requirements.
