We help design-led teams find talent that’s not just skill-matched, but ethos-aligned. And we help designers land roles where they thrive. Just honest conversations and a process that respects your time and builds real trust.

We’re not an agency or platform. We’re a human-first hiring partner.

We work as strategic collaborators who deeply understand the nuance of design and the culture around it. We place designers at all levels — from fresh graduates to senior leadership — based not just on skill, but on alignment of values, energy, and vision.

Clear Bracket is a hiring practice crafted for the design ecosystem — one that brings empathy, clarity and deep creative understanding into how design teams are built.

At its core, Clear Bracket is not just a hiring service. It is a thinking framework, a talent philosophy and a curatorial practice that puts people — not just profiles — at the centre of recruitment.

We were born out of a very real problem that many design-led companies and teams face: the fatigue of hiring. The endless sifting, mismatched energies and a growing disconnect between what teams need and what they’re sent.

We exist to change that.

Clear Bracket is built like a studio, we operate like partners, not vendors. Our process is human, precise and by design — because we believe that when the right talent meets the right team, both are changed for the better.
