Ellen Rose Eisma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT project management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Delivery Engineer at Clear Dynamics since April 2022, Ellen previously worked as an IT Project Manager at Novare Technologies and held various positions at Accenture in the Philippines, including Associate Manager and Senior Software Engineer. Earlier roles include Software Developer at WorldPartner Inc. and Programmer at Catapult Communications, along with a Software Engineer position at Lawson Software. Ellen's career began as a Design Engineer II at Tsukiden Global Solutions Inc., where significant contributions were made to 3G mobile phone software development. Ellen holds an Advanced Diploma in IT Project Management from TAFE NSW and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, with ongoing studies for a Master’s in Engineering Management.
