Chief People Officer at Clear Dynamics

Roslyn Hames has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Roslyn has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at Clear Dynamics, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People, Culture, and Risk at Clear Dynamics from September 2020 to September 2022. From September 2016 to August 2021, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Clear Dynamics. Roslyn also has experience as a General Manager and Non-Executive Director at other organizations. Additionally, they have held positions such as Senior Account Manager, National Business Development Manager, and Manager of Professional Services at different companies. Roslyn Hames is also involved in advisory and board roles, currently serving as a Member of the Advisory Board for CSIT Courses at La Trobe University. Prior to their leadership roles, they worked as a professional writer.

Roslyn Hames began their education at the William Bates Academy of Performing Arts from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Diploma of Performing Arts. Roslyn then attended Mullauna College in 1994, completing their VCE. Continuing their education, they attended Deakin University from 1996 to 2001, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a double major in Writing and Literature. Later, from 2011 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Deakin University, focusing on General Law, although they did not complete the program. In 2018 and 2019, they furthered their education at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completing a program called Foundations of Directorship. Most recently, in 2020, Roslyn enrolled at Deakin University again, this time for a Master of Leadership program.
