Tom Barham

Tom Barham is an experienced HR professional with a strong track record in leadership and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Consultant at Clear Group since November 2025, Tom previously held the position of Head of HR at IG Group from January 2018 to July 2025, where significant achievements included improving employee engagement scores and driving substantial cost savings through restructuring. Prior roles at QBE Europe, Banking Standards Review, and RBS further solidified Tom's expertise in HR strategy, talent management, and change initiatives across various industries. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Management with Human Resources from the University of Bath and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Sheffield.
