Rishikesh Kayathi currently serves as a Strategic Advisor at Clear Labs and a Summer VC Fellow at Heal Capital, both roles commencing in 2025. Rishikesh has been the Owner of La Casa Real Estate & Constructions since June 2014, managing a family-run business. Previous positions include Head of DxBooks and Product Manager at DeciBio, where Rishikesh launched and managed the NGS DxBook, as well as an Associate Product Manager and Senior Analyst. Rishikesh participated in the highly selective Access Fellowship at Access from May 2024 to April 2025. Rishikesh co-founded Alonesy, a digital mentorship app for adolescents, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member from August 2020 to June 2022. Rishikesh's earlier experience includes lecturing and tutoring at The Princeton Review, working as a Clinical Research Associate at UCLA Health, and serving as a Medical Scribe at ScribeAmerica. Education includes an MBA from Columbia Business School (2025-2027) and a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from UCLA (2016-2020).
