Harold Wright

Harold Wright has worked in the financial services industry since 1992. Harold began their career as a Manager at Spears, Benzak, Salomon and Farrell, where they managed a back office operations staff of 20 and monitored trades in Equities and Fixed Income Securities totaling over 5 Billion US Dollars. Harold also served as the Project Manager of maintenance and operations of portfolio accounting and tracking system, including all new releases and DTC interfaces.

In 1998, they moved to Schroder Investment Management as Vice President of Back Office Operations. In this role, they managed a staff of 18 and was the Project Manager for Y2K testing.

In 2000, they joined Bloomberg as a Product Manager for AIM Buy Side OMS. Harold was responsible for building and managing the development, implementation and support of Buy Side Order Management System. Harold also developed and implemented their post trade processing and clearing module providing clients with a single point of entry for trade processing.

In 2010, Harold moved to Tradeweb as a Product Manager for SWAP Clearing and On Boarding. Harold was responsible for managing the development, implementation and support of the clearing operations and pre trade credit check offering for SWAPS Execution Facility (SEF) for both buy side clients and executing dealers. Harold also served as the Relationship Manager with clearing members and directed a team in monitoring and resolving clients clearing exceptions.

Most recently, Harold joined Clear Markets in 2014 as a Product Manager for Systems Development - Clearing Operations. Harold was responsible for managing the development, implementation and support of client on boarding, post trade operations, credit checking, overall trade processing and operational risk.

Harold Wright obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Bernard M Baruch from 1975 to 1979. Harold then went on to receive a Masters in Finance from LIU from 1979 to 1983.
