Leah Bateman

Leah Bateman is the Manager of Operations and Instructional Designer at Clear To Work, where they lead a team of trainers, assessors, and IT specialists while developing accredited and non-accredited courses. With a diverse background as a chef spanning over 16 years, Leah transitioned into the education sector, becoming an accredited Trainer and Assessor as well as a resource and curriculum writer. Their passion for lifelong learning drives the creation of contextualized educational materials aimed at enhancing both individual and organizational capabilities. Leah has contributed to various key projects, including the Allergen Management Course and the NSW RSA Online, and has previously taught Hospitality at institutions such as Queensford College and Deception Bay High School. With educational qualifications that include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, they continue to advocate for innovative training practices.
