Maddy Clark is currently the VP of Strategy, Customer Success, and Marketing at Techspert, where they continue to influence the company's direction. Previously, Maddy served as a Customer Success Manager at Transversal, and later built the Customer Success function as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Techspert. With extensive experience in customer success roles, Maddy has also worked as a Principal Consultant at Instant Impact, focusing on securing careers for graduates and creating bespoke recruitment programs. Maddy began their career in marketing as a Marketing Assistant at Wymondham College, where they significantly enhanced the school's online presence and media relations. They are pursuing a Master of Arts in Archaeology and Anthropology at the University of Cambridge.
