Amy Perlman

Amy Perlman currently serves as the Sr. Director of Aviation Strategy and Planning at CLEAR, where responsibilities include establishing standardized product development processes and leading a digital identity infrastructure overhaul. Previously, at Meta, Amy developed the company’s first support program for government and political entities while enhancing product protections, and at Uber, significant achievements include launching a global support strategy for a new driver app and establishing a centralized platform for customer support insights. Academic background includes a B.A. in Linguistics and East Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in East Asian Regional Studies from Columbia University, and further study at East China Normal University.
