Chelsea Hightower

Chelsea Hightower is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Field Trainer at CLEAR since January 2024. Previously, Chelsea worked as a Commercial Training Manager at Parachute Home and held various roles at Casper, including Learning and Development and Field Account Executive. Additional experience includes a position as a CX Specialist at Lemonade and Trainer at Canada Goose. Earlier in Chelsea's career, valuable skills were gained as a Personal Stylist at Anthropologie and Store Manager at The Basement Marketplace. Chelsea holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Northcentral University and two Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Theatre from Northern Arizona University.
