Connie Ko

Connie Ko is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at CLEAR, focusing on Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Biometrics Engineering since June 2023. Previously, Connie held various positions at Grubhub from April 2015 to May 2023, culminating in a Senior Engineering Manager role overseeing data and machine learning platforms. During this tenure, significant achievements included the development of key services for diner loyalty, improving data ingestion systems, and enhancing user experience through effective data solutions. Prior experience at IBM as a Software Engineer involved front-end development and REST API creation, alongside earlier roles in quality assurance and academic support while studying at Rutgers University. Connie holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University.
