Elizabeth Gener has extensive experience in management and sales, currently serving as the Sales and Service Enablement Manager and previously as General Manager at CLEAR since November 2018. At CLEAR, Elizabeth leads daily operations and sales at Fort Lauderdale Airport, focusing on employee engagement and exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with operational procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and developing team talent. Under Elizabeth's leadership, the Fort Lauderdale operation achieved remarkable sales milestones, including 521% year-over-year sales growth and a 100% score in the CLEAR Standards Audit in 2019. Prior to CLEAR, Elizabeth held various management roles at Home Pro Environmental, Enterprise Holdings, and International Restaurant Management Group.
