Jackie Coco-Ford, MBA, has extensive experience in management, particularly within the field of customer service and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager in Long Beach for CLEAR since October 2022, Jackie leads a team focused on maintaining security and compliance with TSA and CLEAR regulations. Previous roles at CLEAR include General Manager at OAK and Customer Service Manager at LAX, where Jackie played a pivotal role in team development and security training. Jackie’s background also includes process improvement management at Time Warner Cable and a long tenure at Verizon, where responsibilities spanned from customer service management to training and supervision of staff. Jackie holds an MBA in Leadership from Walden University and a degree in Business Finance from California State University, Long Beach.
