Rob Bodnar

Rob Bodnar has extensive experience in operational management and customer care, currently serving as General Manager of Member Care at CLEAR since July 2018, where contributions include saving over $500k annually through meticulous auditing of membership refunds. Prior roles at CLEAR included Operations Manager, East, and Sr. Member Care Specialist, demonstrating a strong background in issue resolution for corporate sales events and collaboration with legal and privacy teams. Previously, Rob worked as Customer Service Department Head at Stop & Shop from January 2014 to October 2021, overseeing customer service operations and employee scheduling. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Montclair State University, completed in 2017.
