Sarika Vora is currently the Partner Growth at CLEAR. They are also a fractional Director of Operations, providing consulting in business transformation, project management, growth operations, and market research to B2C health tech startups and health systems. Sarika completed the Climatebase Fellowship in 2024, enhancing their expertise in climate consulting. Prior to these roles, they gained experience at Johnson & Johnson as an Oncology Global Clinical Operations Intern and held multiple positions at Flatiron Health, including Head of Deployment. Sarika is pursuing a B.S. in Health Management & Policy, with additional studies in French and Biology, at Saint Louis University.
