Roger Graves

Roger Graves is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in various roles. Roger is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Clearbox Decisions Inc., where they oversee the development and implementation of their enterprise decision-making platform. Prior to this, Roger was the Co-founder and CTO at Cloverpop, where they built a leading system of record software application for decisions.

Before their time at Cloverpop, Roger worked as the CTO and Advisor at Bullpen, where they provided technical direction and contributed to the growth of the engineering organization. Roger also gained valuable experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Milyoni, Inc., where they contributed to the development of a social video delivery platform.

Additionally, Roger worked as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant at Rubyriders LLC, where they advised companies in building web applications using offshore teams. Roger co-founded Inspiration Engine, LLC, where they served as the CTO and played a key role in reinventing online surveys.

Roger has also held positions such as Engineering Manager at Onyx Graphics, where they led website and web application development teams and facilitated the company's first SaaS offering. Roger served as the CTO at Resonance Insights, where they transformed a consulting group into a highly automated SaaS surveying platform. Roger Graves attended Walla Walla University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. In 1998, they enrolled in Golden Gate University and pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering, which remains incomplete as they ended their studies in 1999. In 2012, Roger attended Dev Bootcamp for Ruby on Rails Development, though no degree was awarded. Additionally, in October 2011, they obtained certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
