Tom Badeen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom began their career at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products in 2012, where they held various roles such as Attractions Host, Food and Beverage Coordinator, Scheduling Associate, and Labor Attendance and Time Team Associate. Tom'sresponsibilities included creating schedules, overseeing staff, responding to inquiries, and ensuring proper payment and documentation for employees.

In 2018, Tom worked as a Restaurant Manager at Toasted Grilled Cheese, where they managed all aspects of the operation, including hiring, training, scheduling, and inventory management.

Since 2019, Tom has been working at ClearCompany Talent Management Software. Tom initially joined as a Client Support Specialist before being promoted to Tier 2 Client Support Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Client Support, responsible for overseeing client support operations.

Throughout their career, Tom has demonstrated a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different roles and industries.

Tom Badeen attended Kansas State University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
