Halee Knicker

Halee Knicker, PHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the VP of People at Clearcover, a position held since July 2019, having previously advanced through roles as Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Paychex from October 2014 to July 2019 and as a Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG, where contributions were made to innovative recruitment processes. Halee began a career in human resources as an intern at Lou Malnati's Pizzeria between June 2011 and February 2012. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed in 2011, following a high school diploma from Neuqua Valley High School in 2007.
