Chris Cates

Chris Cates has a diverse work experience in various technical roles. Chris began their career at Sam Houston State University as a Macintosh System Administrator, where they managed all on-campus Macintosh systems and software. Chris also oversaw the hiring and performance of student workers. Following this, Chris worked at Hostgator.com as a Linux System Administrator, providing technical support and guidance for Linux server issues. Chris then joined WP Engine as a Technical Support Specialist, where they held the position of Level 2/Shift Lead. In this role, they provided technical support and leadership. Currently, Chris is working at ClearDATA as a Senior Manager of Compliance Engineering.
