Clarissa O’Connell

Clarissa has had a robust, impressive HR career, spinning up “startup” HR teams at lightning speed during a decade at Microsoft. During that time, she launched over 125 of those organizations – responsible for building culture as well as recruiting, growing and rewarding teams! As though that experience wouldn’t stand on its own, Clarissa has an extensive background in Executive Human Resource Management. Aside from Microsoft, her former employers include Rite of Passage and Care.com. Clarissa is a certified professional in Learning and Performance from the Association of Talent Development and carries three certifications in Human Resources.

Despite her extensive HR responsibilities, Clarissa finds spare time to volunteer at the food bank, revels in Friday nights at local football games and enjoys the Texas Hill Country with her daughters and two dogs. Clarissa and her family live just outside Austin, in Dripping Springs, Texas.
