Jan Aclan

Jan Aclan is an experienced marketing operations professional with a strong background in managing marketing initiatives and processes within diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Marketing Operations at ClearDATA since November 2024, Jan previously held the position of Marketing Operations Manager at Multiverse, where foundational marketing automations and processes were developed as the first marketing ops hire. Jan also served as Marketing Operations Manager at PandaDoc, overseeing lead automation and reporting while leading a team of junior SDRs as Team Lead for Demand Generation. Early career experiences include a Tech Apprenticeship Program at Discover Praxis and a role as Head Lifeguard at Freedom Valley YMCA. Jan's education includes studies at the University of Pittsburgh and a high school diploma from Phoenixville Area High School.
