Jonathan S.

Jonathan S. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jonathan started their career as an intern at Kaseya in 2009, where they worked on various projects and collaborated with different functional teams. In 2010, they became a Senior Support Engineer at Kaseya, where they resolved technical issues and deployed advanced technology components. From 2003 to 2010, Jonathan worked at Follett Higher Education Group as an eFollett Coordinator, managing online orders and performing troubleshooting using advanced programming skills. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Meriplex as a Cloud Services Administrator, leading the implementation of complex cloud infrastructure solutions. Most recently, Jonathan joined ClearDATA in 2020 as a Cloud Systems Engineer, where they troubleshooted hardware and software issues, enforced asset configuration compliance, and developed disaster recovery solutions for the company's Azure AD environment.

Jonathan S. attended Miami-Dade College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration. Jonathan then transferred to the University of Miami, where they studied Industrial Engineering from 2002 to 2005. However, they did not obtain a degree during their time there. Afterward, Jonathan went on to Florida International University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology and a minor in Business Administration.

In terms of additional certifications, Jonathan earned the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in January 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020 and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification in June 2020.
