Ashley Andersen

Ashley Andersen is an experienced leader in coaching, training, and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Vice President at ClearEdge Marketing since February 2023. As the Owner of Truth to Purpose since January 2017, Ashley designs and delivers learning engagements focused on team building, leadership development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Formerly a Partner and Head of Coaching at 10X Leadership Lab, Ashley developed a behaviorally based leadership coaching program and led DEI initiatives. Ashley's earlier roles at the University of Colorado included Coaching Manager, Leadership Coach, and Facilitation Specialist, where a strong focus on experiential learning and evidence-based practices drove program success. Prior experience at Adams County Government involved establishing coaching programs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve child protection services. Ashley holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of New Hampshire.
