Dee Lalwani

Dee Lalwani is currently the Director of Engineering at Xplor Pay, having previously held the position of Senior Software Engineering Manager. They began their career as a software engineer and progressed into engineering management, where they found fulfillment in mentoring and leading teams. Educated at Auckland University of Technology, Dee holds a Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences with a focus on Computational Intelligence. Over their diverse career, they have contributed significantly to various organizations, including IAG and Southern Cross Health Society, where they developed innovative solutions and frameworks that significantly enhanced operational efficiency.
