Joseph Harkins

Joseph Harkins possesses extensive experience in IT operations and data management, currently serving as the Data Operations Lead at Clearent since August 2014. In this role, Joseph has successfully upgraded SQL server infrastructure and utilized advanced technologies like Distributed Availability Groups and Powershell for seamless migrations. Prior to this position, Joseph held various roles at Oakwood Systems Group, focusing on IT operations outsourcing and internal system maintenance. Additional experience includes roles at SyllogisTeks and TEKsystems, with responsibilities in help desk support and expense analysis, as well as management positions in customer service and support environments.
