Chris Flyte

Chris Flyte is an Energy Engineer III at CLEAResult, specializing in the Energy Trust of Oregon New Building program, focusing on energy saving calculations and reviewing whole building energy models. Prior to this role, Chris served as an Energy Solutions Performance (M&V) Engineer II at Johnson Controls, managing Measurement and Verification activities for energy performance contracts totaling $79 million across multiple states. Chris also held positions as an Energy Solutions Performance (M&V) Engineer in both Portland, Oregon, and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where responsibilities included data collection, energy performance analysis, and troubleshooting. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Oklahoma State University on the IEA Annex project, simulating Energy Conservation Measures using EnergyPlus. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
