Dave Errett

Dave Errett serves as the Leadership Development Manager at CLEAResult, responsible for the company's learning and development strategy and managing training offerings for over 2,000 employees using the ADDIE model while facilitating virtual trainings and all-hands meetings. Previous roles include Senior Learning & Development Specialist at CLEAResult, Learning & Development Program Specialist, and Customer Success Manager at Procore Technologies, where achievements included managing a significant book of business and creating extensive training programs. Earlier experience at Practice Fusion involved various customer service roles culminating in a supervisory position, and an internship at the Kansas City T-Bones Baseball Club focused on ticket sales. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a focus on Economics and Business from The University of Kansas.
