Hap Haven

Hap Haven is an experienced professional with a robust background in energy conservation and sustainability. With a career spanning over four decades, Hap served as President of US Green Home from 1980 to 2014, focusing on energy conservation initiatives. Notably, Hap held roles as Director of Training at Allied Energy/Veristar Energy Solutions and Director of Operations and Training at Energy Services Group, overseeing operations and technical training. Currently, as Manager of PPL Pilot Programs at CLEAResult since July 2022, Hap leads the Residential Enhanced Outreach for New Jersey's Clean Energy Program while providing technical training to contractors. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder and multiple Building Performance Institute certifications, Hap also engages in personal projects as @GreenHomeGuru, promoting sustainable practices among homeowners.
