Lea Pace

Lea Pace currently serves as Field Supervisor at CLEAResult Consulting since May 2023, and has held the position of Operations Supervisor at CLEAResult since April 2018, where responsibilities include implementing four energy efficiency programs across three utility companies. Previously, Lea was the Managing Director at Efficiency Matters, LLC from November 2015 to February 2018, overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives. Additional experience includes roles as Promotions Team Lead at Sauce, Climate Action Plan Program Assistant for the City of Fort Collins, Outreach Coordinator/Administrator for This Efficient House, and an intern with Drive Electric Northern Colorado. Early career experience includes a research role at Colorado State University and functioning as a Field Technician with the National Ecological Observatory Network. Lea holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science with a focus on Anatomy/Physiology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
