Matt Callans

Matt Callans has extensive work experience in the energy efficiency industry. Matt began their career in 2009 as a Program Manager at Ecos Consulting, where they were responsible for implementing a Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program. In 2010, they became a Senior Manager at Ecos Consulting, overseeing large residential energy efficiency programs. Matt then joined Ecova in 2011, serving as the Director of Operations for the SEEL joint venture in Detroit. At Ecova, they held various director roles, including Director of Program Support Services & Regional Operations and Regional Director for the Central Region. In 2018, they joined CLEAResult as the Director of Performance and Optimization and later became the Director of Sales Analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Commercial Excellence Director at CLEAResult.

Matt Callans attended Joliet Catholic High School from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a diploma with a focus on mathematics. Matt then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1993 to 1996. Later, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Illinois Springfield, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009.
