They lead a freelance design office, Ryf, since 1995, focusing on identity, branding, and digital storytelling. Previously, Matthew held key positions such as Design Director at cmd Agency, Design Manager at Oliver Wyman, and Senior Design Strategist at Carnegie, where they executed brand persona launches and conducted competitive audits. Currently, they serve as Senior Art Director at CLEAResult, leading and supporting a team to maintain and shape the client’s brand portfolio.
