Patrick Sippel

Patrick Sippel, MBA, serves as a Senior Program Manager at CLEAResult, leading multiple major energy management contracts valued at over $100 million in California, focusing on the integration of commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Patrick has previously held roles including Strategic Energy Management Program Manager and Standardization Coach, where contributions included developing extensive energy management programs and mentoring coaches across North America. Prior military experience includes serving as an Operations Manager and Naval Helicopter Instructor in the US Navy, where Patrick demonstrated skilled leadership and strategic planning capabilities. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of California, San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
