Prad Challa

Prad Challa has a diverse and extensive work experience. Prad began their career as a Research Scientist at the University of Toronto, where they worked on projects related to hydrogen fuel cells and porous media. Prad then joined Star Energy Solutions as a Project Manager and member of the founding team. In this role, they led teams in conducting energy assessments for clients, developed marketing collateral, and implemented sales strategies.

Currently, Prad works at CLEAResult, where they have held various positions. Prad started as a Program Manager, managing the delivery of technical review and account management contracts. Prad then became a Senior Solutions Architect, responsible for designing customized solutions for clients in the energy and utilities sector. Prad later served as the Practice Director, where they participated in a leadership training program and delivered a business case to the executive committee. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Throughout their career, Prad has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to their clients.

Prad Challa holds a Master of Management Analytics (MMA) degree with a specialization in Big Data from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. Prad also has a M.A.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Sustainable Energy from the University of Toronto. In addition to their academic achievements, Prad has obtained several certifications, including Engagement Manager from Endeavour Consulting for Non-Profits, Canadian Sustainable Energy Practitioner from the Canadian Institute for Energy Training (CIET), and Customer Analytics from Coursera Course Certificates. Prad is also pursuing certifications as a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), and a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) from the Association of Energy Engineers and Professional Engineers Ontario, respectively.
