Kipper Overstreet

Kipper Overstreet currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Clearfork Midstream, a company focused on providing midstream solutions for oil and gas producers across North America since its establishment in 2020. Prior to this role, Kipper held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Corporate Development at Laser Midstream and at Azure Midstream, where responsibilities included managing M&A activities and overseeing asset integrity and engineering functions. Kipper’s extensive experience also includes roles at TGGT Holdings, LLC, BG Group, FTI Consulting, and Legacy Energy Management, alongside serving as a Captain in the US Army. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in American Politics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
