Katrin Sier

Katrin Sier is the Chief Financial Officer at ClearGlass, having previously served as the Global DEI Lead at Egon Zehnder since 2008. With a strong background in strategic consultancy and governance best practices, they have also held roles as a Management Consultant at Cisco and Junior Engagement Manager at McKinsey. Katrin was instrumental in establishing the Equity Analysis Department at Swedbank and has provided management consultancy through Sier Associates Ltd. They earned an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Wharton, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Economics from Brandeis University.
