Kierra Brown has over 8 years of professional experience in the fields of customer service and data onboarding. In 2022, they began working at ClearGov as a Data Onboarding Specialist. Prior to this role, they were a Customer Success Specialist at Align Technology from 2017-2022. From 2015-2017, they were a Claims Specialist at Blue Cross NC, where they identified patterns in resubmitted and adjusted claims, processed and adjusted inpatient and outpatient medical claims according to departmental quality and production standards, and processed claims requiring special handling. From 2012-2015, they were a Patient Service Associate at Duke University Medical Center.

Kierra Brown is currently attending Colorado Technical University, where they are pursuing a degree in Health Care Management. Kierra is expected to graduate in 2022.
