Stephanie Eikermann has a wealth of experience in the technology and customer service fields. Stephanie began their career in 2009 as a Laptop Program Student Worker at Azusa Pacific University, where they expedited phone and email messages to the program coordinator, completed administrative tasks such as filing and billing, and assisted with the organization and logistics of laptop collection and distribution for over 300 students. Stephanie then became a Student Technician, where they facilitated Google Apps migrations for over 100 faculty and staff members and provided customer support to customers in person and via telephone to find solutions for their technological problems. In 2013, they became an Admissions Counselor at Ashford University, where they met strict expectations of management by recruiting and enrolling online students for undergraduate degree programs. Stephanie also dialed up to 200 outbound phone calls daily to prospective students and energetically accepted inbound warm transfers from other departments to assist and interview prospective students. Stephanie then became a Customer Service Representative at LifeProof, where they filed and expedited warranty claims for customers via telephone and email, placed sales orders for customers over telephone, and answered inquiries via telephone and email about products. Finally, in 2014, they became a Lead Technology Support Analyst at the University of San Diego, where they liaised between the Help Desk staff members and upper management by providing agenda items to management for discussion at upper-level meetings, supported the Student Technology Services Manager, performed their duties in their absence, and approved all internal and external knowledge base articles prior to publishing. In 2022, they became a Client Success Specialist at ClearGov.
Stephanie Eikermann obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Azusa Pacific University between 2009 and 2013. Stephanie then went on to obtain their Master of Arts in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego School of Leadership and Education Sciences between 2016 and 2019. During this time, they also obtained a Leadership Coaching Certificate from the same institution in August of 2019. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in February of 2016.
