Luis Vihern

Luis Vihern is a Technical Program Manager and CRM Tooling Lead at Clearlink since April 2022. Previously, Luis held multiple roles at Seamless Fire Protection from January 2021 to March 2022, progressing through Sprinkler Apprentice L1, L2, and L3. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Relationship Management Tool Lead at GlobalLogic from April 2019 to January 2021, and various positions at Creative Circle between August 2017 and May 2019, including Social Tooling Lead and Community and Social Support Specialist. Additionally, Luis interned at Chronos Wearables as a Marketing Intern in early 2017. Luis holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Business Value and Project Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
