Laura Zapata is the CEO and Co-Founder of Clearloop, a position held since January 2019, focusing on equitable access to renewable energy for all communities. Prior to this, Laura served as Communications Director for the Bredesen for U.S. Senate campaign and held various roles at Uber, including Head of Global Communications for Uber Eats. Other experience includes serving as Press Secretary for Hillary for America in Ohio, Communications & Public Affairs for Uber on the West Coast, Communications Director for the U.S. House of Representatives, and Deputy Press Secretary for the United States Senate in Nevada. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government with Honors from Dartmouth College and graduated from White Station High School.
