Clearly Education was set up to break the mould of supply agencies. Having worked in education we fully understand the stresses of being understaffed. We have also been on the receiving end of agencies who are focused on putting a "body" in the classroom with little to no thought of whether they are the right person for the position, and we are well aware of how this can be more of a hindrance than a help!  

For this reason, we at Clearly have made it our mission to provide only the best to our education settings. We work closely with our schools and nurseries - to ensure that we provide staff who are a good match to the setting and have the right qualifications and experience for the post. 

As a company, we hold the safety and wellbeing of the children we support at the centre of everything we do. We are passionate about safeguarding and constantly strive to reach the highest standards. Clearly are registered with APSCo (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies) and always adhere to their stringent guidelines when recruiting education staff to join our team.

We take pride in looking after both our candidates and our settings and providing a personal approach. Having locally based teams means that you will always have a familiar and friendly voice at the end of the phone. You will never be dealing with a faceless consultant - we always conduct face to face interviews, hold regular socials for our candidates and visit our settings regularly. 

Clearly have a wonderful team of Qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Early Years Practitioners.  We currently supply staff to Primary Schools, SEN Schools and Early Years Settings across Cambridge, Chelmsford, St Albans and Surrey.
