Baker N. is the Chief Executive Officer of ClearlyRated, a market-leading CX platform for B2B service firms. They previously led product management and product marketing for McAfee's Consumer Division (2019–2021), overseeing a portfolio serving 100 million+ paid users and $2 billion in revenue, during which McAfee went public in 2020 and was acquired by private equity in September 2021. Baker N. has also founded Delighterr Inc as CEO (2015–2017) and served as Chief Product Officer/Interim CTO at Bitt (2022–2023), and they acted as Growth Advisor & Podcast Host at The Launch Brief in 2024. They are pursuing an MBA at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
