Lucas Tobin is an EVM and Program Planning and Management Consultant at ClearPlan LLC since 2019. Previously, Lucas served as the President of Chapter 535 at the National Management Association from 2005 to 2013 and worked at SMA as an EVM & Proposal Consultant and Lead Client Relationship Manager from 2013 to 2019. They also held positions as a Program Planner & Planning Manager at Lockheed Martin from 2005 to 2013 and as a Process Engineer & Schedule Lead at Sea Ray Boats in 2006-2007. Additionally, Lucas was the Owner of LT Everyday Solutions from 2003 to 2005. Currently, Lucas is pursuing degrees in Information Technology Project Management at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Central Florida.
