Frederic Charlier

Frederic Charlier is the CEO and Co-Founder of ClearRoad. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Information Technology Project Manager at emovis and the Chief Technology Officer at Bip&Go.

At emovis, Frederic was in charge of directing all Road Usage Charge activities. This included project management, functional design, technical documentation, SOP creation, user testing, and certification. Frederic was also responsible for operations management, customer team management, technical coordination, monitoring, and reporting. Additionally, they assisted with business development activities such as company representation, RFP response, and partnerships.

At Bip&Go, Frederic served as the Chief Technology Officer. Frederic was responsible for leading IT projects per corporate needs, managing key processes such as billing, payment, shipping, recollection, and stock. Additionally, they managed the e-business platform, ERP, and CRM. Frederic also worked on process optimization and automation as well as converting customers to online self-service applications.

Frederic Charlier has a MBA in Management from the Collège des Ingénieurs, a Master's in Engineering In Applied Mathematics from the Université catholique de Louvain, and a Bachelor's in Engineering in Applied Mathematics from the Université catholique de Louvain. Frederic also has a Certification from APMG International in Prince 2.

Andrew Peppard - VP, Tolling Business Development, Jay Franklin - General Manager, and Paul Salama - Co-Founder & COO report to Frederic Charlier.
