Gemma Simmons has worked as the Head of Talent at ClearRoute since March 2023. Prior to this role, Gemma was the Talent Acquisition & People Partner - DevOps, Development & Digital Transformation at GlobalLogic UK&I from April 2019 to December 2022. Before their time at GlobalLogic, Gemma served as a Senior DevOps and Cloud Consultant at eSynergy Solutions from March 2014 to December 2018. Gemma attended Hayes School from 2005 to 2012.
