Daniel Henrique

Daniel Henrique has extensive experience in risk analysis and fraud detection, beginning with a role at Orbitall from June 2005 to January 2014, where Daniel held multiple technical positions focused on identifying and preventing fraudulent activities related to credit cards. From November 2015 to June 2020, Daniel worked as an Analyst of Risk at Livraria Saraiva, analyzing customer purchases to verify information and mitigate financial losses. Since September 2020, Daniel has been with ClearSale as an Assistente de Chargeback in the Intercâmbio team, improving chargeback processes through document analysis and internal collaboration while developing strategies to minimize future chargebacks. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidade de Guarulhos, obtained between 1999 and 2001.
