Heitor Simao

Heitor Simao is a board member, financial innovation advisor, and strategic creative innovator with a robust background in entrepreneurship and disruptive growth strategies. They currently serve as the Founder and CEO of DIRECTO, an AI-driven social discovery commerce platform, and as a member of the advisory board at ClearSale. Previously, Simao held positions such as Senior Associate at IEEE and Partner at Accenture, focusing on innovation and business transformation. They have also co-founded UNEAR and HUMANFY, and contributed to the academic field as an MBA teacher at FGV. Simao earned multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Strategy and Innovation from MIT.
